Function: The slag is completely removed by especially moulded and
hardened sledgehammers as well as steel brushes. According
to the thickness of the slag the machine can be adapted
to the different thicknesses. When using flatbed laser
machines with pallet changer the cleaning of the plates can
be done simultaneously with the cutting time. An integrated
container collects the abraded particles of slag for easy
disposal. Sledgehammers and steel brushes are simply to
be adjusted according to abrasion. Stainless slats require
an exhaust- / filter system. Therefore a connection nozzle
NW 50 is installed for an external exhaust system.
Mobility: The Stegumat is placed on rolls and by this can be driven comfortably to the laser shearing equipment. |
